The pièce de résistance: banana facon with Serotonin’s secret herbs & spices. (+ rosti | falafel | roast veggies | eggs) Banana peel is edible and eaten in many parts of the world, though it’s not very common in the West. It contains high amounts of vitamin B6 and B12, as well as magnesium, potassium, and some fiber and protein.

Acai berries have a unique nutritional profile for a fruit, as they’re somewhat high in fat and low in sugar, also loaded with antioxidants.
