Handmade oyster mushroom calamari tossed in miso salt and pepper. Served with coleslaw of: broccoli, carrots, cabbage and oak lettuce served on a charcoal plant-based brioche bun, accompanied by hasselback roasted potatoes and our house-made sriracha aioli.
