Saint Angel Triple Cream - Saint Angel has a velvety covering of fine white mould over its rind, and a soft luscious texture. The cheese has a very clean finish on the palate; it is rich, sweet and decedent, finishing with the elegance of a satiny-buttery mouth feel.
Maffra Mature Cheddar - this matured cheddar is styled on Victorian-era cheddar cheeses, with a distinctive sharp flavour and smooth texture. This cheese has subtle fruity tones offset by nutty notes. Lovely paired with a full-bodied Australian Cabernet Sauvignon or a fruity white.
