Based on the classic Italian dessert of Tiramisu, 'Tiramibru' is rich and delicate, blending the bold flavours of espresso and cocoa, with a velvety nitro mouth feel.
We collaborated with local independent Richmond coffee roasters Maker Coffee, ‘Dry hopping’ with one of their signature, high quality, whole bean roasts, to give a balanced espresso kick. Combine this with Campbells Wines, a world renowned 5th generation Rutherglen winery, blending one of their signature Rutherglen Muscat’s, aged for 5 years in Solera.
Add in some ethically sourced organic cacoa and lactose at the end of the boil to round out decadence of this delicious milk porter.
