2019 Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River, Australia. A synergy between these two classic varieties is very rarely achieved quite like this Margaret River specialty. Signature freshness and vibrancy are key here, with a stunning profile of fruit and a texture that slips ever so gently across the palate. Sauvignon Blanc dominates the blend, fermented cool in stainless steel, while a small portion of the Semillon sees some old oak barrels.

2018 Chardonnay, Margaret River, Australia, 14.0%. The nose is vibrant and concentrated with aromas of pear, hand-picked peach and lime, and layers of lemon curd and fig beneath. The palate is delicately textured with flavours of pear, ruby grapefruit and white peach. Hints of wild honey and cashew add complexity to a palate which exudes balanced weight and persistent length.

2020 Rose, Margaret River, Australia, 13.0%. Juicy and vibrant nose with a concentrated red fruit spectrum including raspberries, pink grapefruit, pomegranate and watermelon. Underlying notes of fragrant elderflower, rose petal and spice sweet provides subtle complexity. The palate has delicate layers, soft texture and bright acidity. Strawberries, cherries and rhubarb feature throughout with a creamy mid-palate and slightly saline finish.
