Our B2B customers range from national venue groups including Australian Venue Co, Sydney Airport, stadiums all the way to boutique hotels and family-run cafes and restaurants.
Our team is made up of over 60 kind and driven humans working out of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Los Angeles, London and The Philippines. We’re hiring this role for our beautiful Melbourne HQ — where we’re enjoying a mix of WFH and time collaborating in the office.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will take ownership for the success of venues utilising our Marketing / Growth tools. If you have experience driving uptake of marketing tools and strategies for partners, and are passionate about the hospitality and entertainment industry, we’d love to meet you.
From keeping customers aware of features, to launching new markets and keeping it all tied in a neat bow with advanced reporting, Marketing is an integral part of growth at Mr Yum. This role is ideal if you're experienced in driving outcomes for partner’s marketing through educational content, product comms and partnerships.
Rather than marketing Mr Yum with B2B tactics, you’ll create marketing strategies which educate and encourage our 1100+ venues to utilise our marketing tools to grow their business. This means high visibility and high impact, with heaps of room for career growth on the team.
Mr Yum venues own their customer data, so have opportunities to build loyalty, personalised comms, and retargeting with Facebook and Google. Some venues in your audience will have a 6 person marketing team. Others will have half a pair of front-of-house hands to help on Marketing. Both audiences require the support and content to drive uptake of our features. Think of it as an awesome blend between product marketing, content/comms and customer experience. Your marketing programs will include both education programs “to” partners and the development of “joint” demand generation and brand awareness programs.
