Our petits gâteaux are created & hand crafted using French pâtisserie techniques with premium quality ingredients. Each petit gâteau is individually designed to showcase the intricate skills of layering, or ‘montage’, to ensure the balance of flavours & textures for your sweet experience.
All our macarons are hand piped using premium Australian almond meal. To compliment the delicate shells, or ‘coques’, of the macaron each is filled with a complimentary butter cream or ganache in a variety of flavours.
